Trevor received his first computer at the age of three as a gift from his parents, and completely understood binary codes and computer languages by the age of seven. During his summer recess from school, he usually worked on creating anti-virus programs for his home-work assignments, still used by his school against growing threats from the Internet. His ability to understand computer languages enabled him to be assigned to the scout regiment of the Regular Army. A new version called Special Trevor is introduced in the "Amadeus Revenge" event as $20 Pre-Acquisition unit. Donning a darker set of clothes, Trevor swaps his Two Machine Guns for the Enemy Chaser. He can no longer retreat nor dodge attacks. He and Rumi make the "Support Troops" team.
Zombie Trevor has a new sound effect that mimics those from Metal Slug 3 (he originally had an echoed scream rather than a gurgled one).
Abigail, a Rebel officer introduced in this game, has a crush on Trevor, which he is aware of (and tries to not expose this to his Regular Army peers) but not fully interested. If he, his special form, or the Motorbike POW Ver. 2 appear in either the player or opponent's deck, then Abigail will blush on victory. Beatriz, Abigail's sister, is annoyed by this, although it's mostly for the protection of her sister.
- Trevor and Marco swap their screams when they die in their zombie forms in Metal Slug 4.
- Excluding NPCs, Trevor is the only character in the game to have white hair.

They started to fire directly at Trevor with M4A1, Sub-Machine Guns, and Shotguns. Trevor outrunned from the Rebel Marine Recon and uses Taekwondo as well as military training. He also fights with a hidden blade inside his boot's heel to the front Marine. Trevor fired back against the Rebel Marine Recon but there were firing back right at him. "Man, these guys were more superier than Morden soldiers. There is no way I can get out of this mess." One of the Marine shouted, "Take him down!" Trevor sigh, "Come on is that all you got?" Few more Rebel Marine Recon fired with their Submachine gun. Trevor shoot them back, and shot one of them. He slipped to the punch the second Marine, and shot the third Marine. "Man, that was close."

They both wrestle each other with hand to hand combat. Trevor held his Taekwondo knee kick right directly at Wadson. But he dodge the knife kick. Wadson knife attack back against Trevor and swing it against him. Trevor dodged the knife attack, and swing it back. By the time he's going to stab Wadson until. He hold his knife attack very tightly. Both begin to struggle anxiously. Wadson don't know how long he will hold. "I'm going to make a scrap out of you." Trevor said to Wadson holding an knife at Wadson face. Until Wadson tryng to struggle something to resist, he saw a lead pipe and grab it directly before getting stabbed. Wadson talk back to Trevor, "Scrap metal this you fucking PF geekhead!" He whack Trevor face, his chest, left arm, and grab his right arm. As soon Trevor has defeated. Wadson dropped the pipe, and picked up a Shotgun to kill Trevor. Then he has a flashback right through his mind. He tried to resist, but it goes on. Trevor managed to escape from Wadson before he will kill him. Wadson scream a little, and his head back to reality.

His last name was Spacey? More like Kevin Spacey lost brother, and his birthdate was at 2011? That was the game when the Duke Nukem videogame released, and also that Trevor Spacey birthday was at June 25 when the horrible Independence Day sequel release from June 24. last year on June 25, there was an friend wedding who got married. Just imagine that Nadia and Trevor got married. Maybe that Trevor could be the Joker, and Nadia could be Harley Quinn.
Trevor Spacey was a computer geek, and he also can be perfect computer hacker to hack enemy system. However, this lead between two enemies who were Rebel Marine Recon and Black Hound Black Ops more suspious about this man. Trevor tried to hack the nuclear missile system from the PF Island. However, they were on anti-hack defense. Howardson was the one who changed those cordinates. Trevor didn't surprise that Howard really did the right thing for not nuking CA LA. However, it was to late.
Wadson really think that Trevor was more like a computer geek, and he started to think that he's more like Rossi. However, their both different. Trevor is more like the Metal Slug Barney Colhoun because both Calhoun and Spacey were both security officer, and they wore blue shirt. Differences is, one of them was a computer expert and another was a security guard.
